All patients registered with us have a named GP who is responsible for patients’ overall care at the practice. Please contact the Surgery if you wish to know who this is.
If you have a preference as to which GP is responsible for your overall care the practice will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Patients aged 75 and over with a named GP will also benefit from the Practice working with relevant associated health and social care professionals to deliver a multi-disciplinary care package which meets the needs of the patient.
You can of course continue to see the GP of your choice.
